Mr. Rybak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Cleveland State University. He is responsible for vehicle accident investigation and reconstruction through analysis of vehicle crash data, vehicle system, and component failures, as well as roadway design and conditions. Mr. Rybak can provide expert analysis in machine failures, and consumer and industrial product failures as a result of design or production process. He brings his expertise from the product development industry where he designed and brought to production both consumer and industrial products ranging across various industries. He was responsible for consumer safety and risk analysis through “Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis” (DFMEA) and “Production Failure Mode and Effect Analysis” (PFMEA). He would regularly coordinate with quality and cross-function teams to root cause product failures and quality issues caused by design, procedure, or machine failures. He regularly performed lifecycle testing and benchmark analysis. During his time at the Cleveland State University, he was a student technician where he repaired and serviced university fleet vehicles, grounds equipment, and water irrigation systems. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
