Mr. Dulin is a Civil/Structural Engineer in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office, performing examinations and evaluations of existing structures to determine the presence, extent, and/or cause of damage to building components due to storm damage, water intrusion, fire, partial or full collapse, impacts, or other phenomena.  He provides investigation and consultation for a variety of projects, including structural, roof, and building envelope/fenestration failures, code compliance, and potentially defective construction and design.

Prior to joining S-E-A, Mr. Dulin earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  He comes to S-E-A from a structural design company where he was a Structural Engineer.  In this role, he was responsible for the analysis and design of new and existing building structures in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, commercial, civic, aviation, education, and mixed use.  Mr. Dulin provided engineering services to clients for proposed new structures, additions to existing structures, and renovations to existing structures, utilizing a variety of construction materials, including structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, steel joists, and cold-formed steel.  He possesses an extensive knowledge of the analysis, design, and construction of building structures.

Mr. Dulin is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina.  He is a member of the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA), the Structural Engineers Association of North Carolina (SEA of NC) and is listed with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
