Mr. Neary received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Catholic University of America. He specializes in the origin and cause of electrical failures. He investigates electrical faults and malfunctions, particularly those suspected of causing equipment damage or resulting in a fire, shock, or electrocution.
