Biography
Mr. Graham is a mechanical engineer with experience in forensic investigation, analysis, and design evaluation of mechanical systems in industries including consumer and commercial products, automotive, industrial equipment, hydraulics, and medical devices. He uses methods based on the Scientific Method and applies tools such as physical testing, CAD modeling, photogrammetry, laser scanning, and finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate product performance, safety, and failure causes.
As an expert witness, Mr. Graham provides technical opinions based on engineering analysis and applicable industry standards and regulations. He works with attorneys, manufacturers, and insurers on litigation involving design issues, product use, personal injury, and mechanical failures. His work includes analysis of consumer and commercial products, industrial equipment, amusement rides, and medical devices.
Mr. Graham is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI). He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 13 states and practices in the areas of mechanical failure analysis and forensic engineering.
