At S-E-A, we believe our responsibility extends far beyond engineering and investigation, it also includes doing the right thing and being empowered to act for our communities. Just as our work helps clients uncover answers, solve problems, and make communities safer, our commitment to volunteerism strengthens the places where we live and work.
With more than 350 team members across 18 locations nationwide, we have a large footprint and are committed to building stronger, healthier communities through volunteerism, outreach, and meaningful partnerships.

We are honored to partner with organizations that align with our values of service, integrity, and collaboration. Our employees regularly dedicate their time, skills, and energy to causes that matter, from mentoring students in STEM programs, to supporting veterans’ organizations, to lending a hand at food banks and community donation centers and giving back to campaigns that help make our world greener. We are especially proud of our annual Live Better - Give Better event, which strengthens not only our communities but also our minds and bodies. Each October, for every 30 minutes of workout activity per day completed by our team members during a designated week, S-E-A donates to local charities selected by our office locations, turning movement into meaningful impact.
