Ami Dwyer

Ms. Dwyer serves as S-E-A’s General Counsel, advising on corporate governance, operational strategy, compliance and regulatory oversight, contracts and executive initiatives. She brings more than two decades of private practice experience, where she focused on complex litigation in the construction industry, including defect and injury claims, product and professional liability, insurance and commercial disputes.

In addition to her litigation background, Ms. Dwyer has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, appellate practice, and multi-district and class action litigation. Ms. Dwyer has held multiple leadership positions in industry organizations while in private practice and is a frequent presenter on legal risk, dispute resolution, and emerging issues in the professional services sector.
