Biography
Mr. Kulikowski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo. At S-E-A, his responsibilities include performing investigations related to construction defects, structural failure and collapse, wind and flood damage, roofing system failures, truss damage, foundation settlement damage, vibration and blasting damage, water intrusion, flooring damage, and assessing structural code compliance.
Prior to joining S-E-A, Mr. Kulikowski acquired over 12 years of civil/structural design experience in the power generation and utility industries. Mr. Kulikowski was responsible for providing civil/structural design support for structural modifications and projects involving concrete and steel structural elements, and provided technical oversite for lifting, rigging, and load handling activities at a nuclear power generation facility. In the water/wastewater sector, Mr. Kulikowski was responsible for developing structural calculations, plans, and specifications in support of the design of concrete, masonry, steel, and aluminum structures and assemblies for numerous wastewater treatment facility upgrade projects.
Mr. Kulikowski is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states. He is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI), and the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA).
