Charles Reth

Charles Reth is the Operations Manager for S-E-A’s Houston and New Orleans locations, where his responsibilities include operational oversight and client relations. Charles earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.

Prior to joining S-E-A, Mr. Reth served as Operations Manager at a forensic engineering firm in Los Angeles, California, where he oversaw the full scope of company operations, from corporate strategy and marketing to recruiting, staff development, and information systems.

Prior to his work in forensic engineering, Mr. Reth served as manager at one of California’s largest Lemon Law firms, where he overhauled processes and protocols and led a team of 35 professionals. Additionally, Mr. Reth has worked at several law offices, most notably at a criminal defense firm in Century City, California, where he supported attorneys across a broad range of cases. His responsibilities included courthouse and jail visits, legal research, crime and incident scene investigations, witness interviews, collections, and the drafting of court documents.

In his free time, Mr. Reth enjoys fitness, the outdoors, and traveling.
