Chet Patel

Chet joined S-E-A in 2018 as Operations Manager of the Atlanta, GA, branch office where his responsibilities include personnel management and client relations.

Prior to joining S-E-A, Chet gained over 23 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management in the areas of subsurface explorations, earthwork and grading, and construction materials testing/evaluation. For 10 of those years, he also functioned as Engineering Department Manager and Branch Manager for engineering consulting firms.  Chet received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia.

In his down time, Chet likes to read and hike along Georgia’s mountain trails and is involved with the local community center.  He is most proud of his two grown-up children and his wonderful wife of 25+ years.
