Jorge Flores Jr.

Mr. Flores is a Civil/Architectural Engineer in the Atlanta, Georgia office performing forensic investigations of existing structures to determine the presence, extent, and/or cause of damage to building components as a result of storm damage, water intrusion, or other phenomena.  He provides investigation and consultation for a variety of projects, including roof and building envelope/fenestration failures, and code issues.

Mr. Flores joined S-E-A in 2017 after spending over six years with the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Project Manager with the Engineering Research and Development Center – Construction Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL).  Mr. Flores is a registered Professional Engineer and holds licenses in multiple states.  Jorge earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
