Kirk Wolf

Mr. Wolf earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, and his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.  As a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer at S-E-A, his responsibilities include performing forensic examinations and evaluations of existing structures/sites to determine the presence, extent, and/or cause of damage to building components as a result of improper design/construction or other phenomena.  Additionally, he provides investigation and consultation for a variety of projects, including, but not limited to, structure, roof, and building envelope/fenestration failures, means of ingress/egress, code compliance, workplace accidents, drainage/surface water runoff evaluation, underground utilities (storm/sanitary sewer, steam, and potable water), and potentially defective construction and design.

Mr. Wolf has over 12 years of knowledge, skill, experience, training, and education related to the design of buildings (residential, commercial, and industrial) and associated site/infrastructure.  Mr. Wolf is licensed as a Professional Engineer in more than 25 states, including the District of Columbia, and is a licensed Structural Engineer in Georgia and Illinois.
