Meredith received her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. She comes to S-E-A from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Vehicle Research and Test Center where she was a Research Engineer in the Crash Avoidance division. Her work there included evaluation of Pedestrian Automatic Emergency Braking systems, low speed shuttles, and Blind Spot Detection systems. For her Master’s research, Meredith focused on evaluating an aftermarket ADAS camera’s reaction on the test track compared to reactions to simulated video. At S-E-A, Meredith leads the development of the STRIDE robotic platform within the Vehicle Dynamics team.
