Morgan Browning

Morgan joined S-E-A in May of 2025 as Manager, Health & Safety. In her role, she leads the company’s health and safety programs, and acts as a resource to solve associated challenges. Her efforts aim to strengthen and build the elements that comprise S-E-A’s safety culture.

Prior to joining S-E-A, Morgan was a Director, Health and Safety within the tree care industry. In this position, she created health and safety policies, programs, and training to address new or changing hazards and regulations, as well as led a health and safety support team to ensure the success of safety programs and initiatives. Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Science from Ohio University and later became a Certified Safety Professional.

Morgan stays active with safety industry organizations in a volunteer capacity, such as serving on the Advisory Board for the American Society of Safety Professionals and serving as a researcher with the Construction Safety Research Alliance. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and textile crafts.
