Biography
Mr. McClellan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He is a Mechanical Engineer responsible for investigating failures involving mechanical equipment, systems, products, or industrial failures. These investigations may include, but are not limited to, heating and cooling systems, including boilers, chillers, air handlers, energy recovery wheels and other equipment; ventilation and exhaust systems (including Type I and Type II hoods, grease and product conveyance ducting, and laboratory hoods); plumbing and piping systems, including natural and liquefied petroleum (LP) gases, medical gases and associated appliances; and tanks and pressure vessels.
Mr. McClellan is a licensed professional engineer in the States of California, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Missouri, Minnesota, and others. He is registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). Mr. McClellan has testified in matters before federal and state courts.
