Ryan Siekmann

Ryan Siekmann leads business development and operations for S-E-A’s Great Lakes Region, overseeing a team that connects attorneys, insurers, and risk managers with the forensic engineering expertise they need to resolve complex claims and litigation.

With nearly two decades at S-E-A, Ryan has built his career on relationships. He’s responsible for driving revenue and client growth across the Columbus, Cleveland, and Chicago offices, manages the firm’s manufacturing and product liability accounts, and is the person clients call when they need an expert quickly, when a case takes an unexpected turn, or when they want a trusted perspective on how to approach a difficult matter.

Ryan holds a degree in Marketing and Business Law from Ohio University, where he was also a graduate of the prestigious Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre, one of the top sales programs in the country, and a four-year letter winner on the men’s golf team. He’s an active member of DRI, RIMS, Trial Network, and IADC, and is a familiar face at industry events across the country.

Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted husband and father, and an avid golfer. When he’s not on the course, he can be found at the lake, chasing his daughters to their latest sporting event, or wrestling with his two Doodles, while staying active in children’s hospitals and humane organizations in his community.
