The Worthington, Ohio Police Department and S-E-A teamed up for the “Click It or Ticket” initiative to provide an impactful vehicle crash demonstration to the public. Anthropomorphic Test Devices (crash dummies) were instrumented with a variety of sensors and placed into test vehicles, both belted and unbelted. S-E-A’s Automated Steering Controller and Brake and Throttle Robot were installed in the truck, which was then remotely guided at 40 mph into the car resulting in a head-on impact.
