Ms. Gridley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of South Florida.
Prior to joining S-E-A, she was responsible for Safety, Health & Environmental compliance for two fossil-fuel-fired power plants.
Her diverse background in both engineering and safety and health assist her in investigating accidents in commercial, industrial, residential and multi-employer settings, occupational/environmental exposures, industrial hygiene/air quality investigations, egress evaluations, structural inspections, foundation and roof investigations, water intrusion evaluations, and vibration damage analysis.
She has implemented and managed safety and health programs addressing fall protection, hazard communication, powered industrial trucks, confined space, heat stress, noise, respiratory protection, control of hazardous energy (lockout/tagout), machine guarding, and hot work.
In addition to being a Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and several other states, she is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified XL Tribomotrist, a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR), and a licensed mold assessor in the State of Florida.
Ms. Gridley is a member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
