Mr. Clark earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He has more than 10 years experience at a public utility designing and managing instrumentation, controls, and electric infrastructure projects for power plants. In addition, Mr. Clark designed and evaluated controls for appliance, automotive, and HVAC applications.
Prior to joining S-E-A, Mr. Clark had nearly 20 years experience in the product development and engineering field, including design of prototypes for qualification testing, and agency approvals through full production and failure analysis. In the utility sector, his responsibilities have included design documentation, material and construction specifications, code compliance, construction oversight, independent design reviews, startup and commissioning, and project management.
Mr. Clark is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states, including Florida. His professional affiliations include the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI), the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). He has also attained the Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute and the Photovoltaic System Inspector (PVSI) certification from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).
